1E provides global SAAS end-point management tooling for the world's leading Enterprise level corporations
Although the firm had existed for 20 years, it had never had a design department before, that's where I come in.
Embedded in the MIcrosoft lead end-point management world, this growing company had never employed user centric processes before, and besides Marketing, had no designers either.
My remit primarily was to establish a first Product Design function and instil new ways-of-working to incorporate user focussed approaches into product management to drive revenue in a competitive landscape.
The largest programme of work was to combine 6+ separate applications into a suite of products which would move to a SAAS subscription model and work with marketing on the promotion thereof.
This was only achievable through creating a new holistic design language and a Design System to support it.
